Conversion and UX
UX is the experience of using your site or app: how quickly someone finds what they need and how much effort it takes to finish something.
UX goes beyond visual design. Structure, copy, load time, forms and error messages together decide whether someone reaches their goal. UI is the visible layer of it.
You rarely improve UX on gut feeling. Watching five real users think aloud usually yields more usable insight than a month of meetings.
