Brandable (hereinafter: "we", "us" or "Brandable") places great importance on protecting personal data. In this privacy statement, we transparently explain how we collect, use and secure data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  2. Personal data we process
    We process data that you actively provide to us or that we obtain through our technologies:
    Contact and business details: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and billing details.
    Technical and interaction data: IP address, browser type, device data and browsing behaviour on our website.
    Reviews and feedback: Data you leave via customer review platforms.
  3. Purposes and legal grounds
    We process your data for the following purposes:
    Performance of the agreement: To deliver our marketing services and communicate with clients.
    Marketing & Optimisation: For lead generation, analysing website visits and displaying personalised advertisements.
    Customer satisfaction: Collecting reviews to improve our services.
    Legal obligation: For carrying out fiscal (tax) administration.
  4. Overview of tools and sub-processors
    To offer our services optimally in 2026, we use the following categories of tools. Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties where necessary:
    CRM & Sales: HubSpot (management of customer relationships and leads), Leadfeeder (identification of business website visitors).
    Marketing & Email: Klaviyo (email marketing and automation), TrebleWhale (data analysis and e-commerce tracking).
    Advertising & Social Media: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads and YouTube. We use these platforms for advertising purposes and retargeting.
    Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics 4, Mangools (SEO analysis).
    Communication & Support: Trengo (omni-channel customer contact).
    Website & Reviews: Webflow (hosting and CMS), Kiyoh (customer reviews).
    When data is transferred to countries outside the EU (such as the US, in the case of Google or Meta), we safeguard your privacy through the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  5. Retention periods
    Clients: We retain your data for the duration of the collaboration and for a maximum of 7 years thereafter (statutory tax retention obligation).
    Prospects/Leads: Data of potential clients is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless you consent to a longer period.
    Newsletter: Until you use the unsubscribe link.
  6. Cookies and Profiling
    Our website uses cookies. On your first visit, we explicitly ask for your consent to marketing cookies via our cookie banner. We use these for:
    Analysis: To see how the website is used.
    Profiling: To show relevant advertisements on external platforms (e.g. Facebook or Google) based on your behaviour on our website.
  7. Your Rights
    You have the following rights at all times:
    The right to access, correct and delete your data.
    The right to restrict processing or data portability.
    The right to object to direct marketing and profiling.
    The right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
    You can send a request to this effect to privacy@brandable.nl. We will respond within 30 days.
  8. Security
    Brandable takes the protection of your data seriously. We use SSL encryption, strict access control to our CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and two-factor authentication (2FA) on all our cloud tools to prevent unauthorised access.
