Domain Rating(DR)

SEO and AI visibility
Domain Rating (DR) is Ahrefs' 0–100 score for the strength of a domain's backlink profile.
DR is logarithmic: 20 to 30 is far easier than 70 to 80. It reflects links, not content quality or your odds of ranking for a given query.
Use DR to assess link opportunities and compare competitors, not as a KPI for your SEO project.
In practice
Google does not use DR. Low-DR sites outrank high-DR sites every day, because relevance and intent weigh more.
