Citation Flow is a Majestic score (0–100) indicating how many links point to a page or domain, regardless of their quality.
CF measures volume only. A domain with many low-quality links can score high without Google valuing them.
Always read it against Trust Flow. A CF far above TF signals a noisy link profile.
In practice
It is a tool score, not a Google metric. Steer on referral traffic and relevance, not on raising a number.
