SEO and AI visibility
Domain authority is a score from SEO tools (not from Google) estimating how strong a domain's link profile is, usually on a 0–100 scale.
Moz calls it Domain Authority, Ahrefs Domain Rating, Semrush Authority Score. They all calculate differently, so never compare scores across tools.
Use it as a relative indication — am I stronger or weaker than the sites ranking now — not as a goal. Google does not use these numbers.
