Short answer: an in-company training is a training organised for one organisation, attended only by your own people. The content is built around your situation, tools and questions rather than a generic curriculum. At Brandable we run in-company trainings and workshops in marketing, AI, e-commerce and digital tools: at your office, at an external venue of your choice, or online. The goal is that your team can do it themselves afterwards, and keeps doing it.
On this page you'll read what an in-company training is, when it works better than an open course, which formats exist, which topics we cover and how a training with us is put together.
What is an in-company training?
In an open training you sign up for a course alongside people from other companies. The programme is fixed and the examples are generic. In an in-company training (also called an in-house training or corporate training) the group is your own. That has three consequences:
- The content is about you. We work with your own website, campaigns, data, tools and customer questions.
- You can speak freely. Numbers, mistakes and internal bottlenecks are easier to discuss without competitors in the room.
- Everyone hears the same thing. The whole group gets the same foundation and the same language, so agreements made afterwards actually stick.
In-company doesn't have to mean in your own office. What matters is that the training is for your organisation, not where it takes place.
In-company or open training: which suits you?
| In-company training | Open training | |
|---|---|---|
| Group | Only your own colleagues | Participants from different companies |
| Content | Tailored to your questions, tools and cases | Fixed programme, generic examples |
| Scheduling | You choose date and venue | You join fixed dates |
| Confidentiality | Your own numbers and issues can be discussed | Better not |
| Networking | Within your own organisation | With people from outside |
| Best for | Groups, teams or a whole department | One or two people who want to learn something |
A rule of thumb: if you want one person to learn something, an open course is often fine. If you want a group to start working differently, in-company is almost always better. You learn together with the people you'll apply it with.
On location: at your office, off-site or online
- At your office. The easiest to organise: nobody travels and your own systems are at hand. You arrange the room, we bring the content.
- At an external venue. A whole department or the entire company leaves the office for a day, for example as part of a kick-off or team day. Away from the familiar setting people often think more freely and are less distracted by daily business.
- Online or hybrid. Useful when colleagues work in different places. Online sessions work best when they're short and interactive, with exercises in between.
For us it makes little difference. What counts is that the group can concentrate and that everyone brings a laptop when we work hands-on.
Formats: training, workshop, masterclass and more
| Format | What it is | Suited to |
|---|---|---|
| Training | Building knowledge and skills, with explanation, exercises and your own cases | A team that needs to master a discipline or tool |
| Workshop | Short and practical: making or deciding something together | A concrete result, such as a content plan or a first version of an app |
| Masterclass or inspiration session | A compact session with new insights and examples | A large group, or as the start of a change |
| Build day | A guided day in which you build something that works | An AI tool, website or prototype, for example with Lovable |
| Learning programme | Several sessions with assignments in between | Behaviour that needs to last, or a team learning several topics |
| On-the-job coaching | Looking over your shoulder while your team does the real work | Moving from "understood" to "this is how we do it now" |
One ready-made format is our workshop from idea to working app: in a few hours, half a day or a full day you build a working application, website or app. We also run it in-company, using your own team's ideas.
Trainings we often run
We train in much more, but these are the trainings and workshops teams ask for most. All available as in-company training, in a format and length that suits you.
| Training | What it covers |
|---|---|
| From idea to working app or website | In a few hours, half a day or a full day you build a working application, website or app with AI. No coding knowledge needed. See also our workshop. |
| Lovable training | Building websites, tools and apps yourself with Lovable: prompting well, using credits wisely, integrations and publishing. Given by the first official Lovable partner in the Netherlands. |
| SEO training | How to be found better in Google: keywords, content, technical SEO and internal links, applied to your own site. |
| From SEO to GEO | How search is changing now that people also ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. What GEO is, how it relates to SEO, what stays the same and what you need to do differently to be mentioned in AI answers. |
| CRO training | Conversion optimisation: getting more from your existing visitors with better pages, forms and tests. |
| Online marketing training | The fundamentals and how they fit together: strategy, audience, channels, advertising, content, social and measurement. For teams that want to look beyond a single channel. |
| AI training | Working safely and smartly with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot in your own work. Read more on AI training for businesses. |
You can also combine trainings. A popular set-up is an online marketing training for the whole department first, followed by deeper SEO and GEO or CRO training for the people who work with it every day.
All topics we train on
We train in the disciplines we work in every day. So it's not textbook theory, but what works in practice and what doesn't.
Marketing and strategy
- Marketing strategy, positioning and channel choice
- Advertising on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Content, copywriting and social media
- Conversion optimisation and measuring what works
Findability
- SEO and GEO: being found in Google, but also in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity

Is your topic not listed? Just ask. Within digital, marketing and AI there's little we can't train on, and what we're not good at ourselves, we won't promise.
Why in-company works so well
The biggest weakness of any training is that the knowledge fades within a week. In-company reduces that risk:
- You practise with your own work. What you make during the training, you can use the next day.
- The group keeps each other sharp. Colleagues who learned the same thing hold each other to it and help each other.
- You solve real bottlenecks straight away. Questions like "why doesn't our landing page convert?" are simply part of the session.
- Less to organise. One moment for the whole group instead of separate sign-ups.
An honest note: a training doesn't solve everything. If there's no time, no owner or no budget to apply what was learned, little changes. That's why we always look at what needs to happen after the training, too.
How an in-company training with us works
- Introduction. We discuss what you want to achieve, who takes part and what they already know.
- Tailored programme. We put together a programme with your own examples and cases. Where possible, we look at your website, campaigns or data beforehand.
- The training itself. Interactive and practical: short explanations, lots of doing, and room for questions.
- Afterwards. You take the materials with you, and we agree on how to retain what you learned. That can be a follow-up session, on-the-job coaching or simply the option to keep asking questions.
Our trainers work in the field every day. They don't just tell you how things should be done, but also where it goes wrong in practice. Participants rate our trainings 9.8 on average.
What a training costs and how long it takes depends on the group, the topic and the format. A short inspiration session is different from a multi-day programme, so we'd rather discuss that with you first. Feel free to book a free call or get in touch.
In-company training in Eindhoven and beyond
We're based on Willemstraat in Eindhoven and run many trainings in the Brainport region. But we train across the Netherlands and Belgium, on location or online, and in English for international teams.
Frequently asked questions
What is an in-company training?
An in-company training is a training organised for one organisation, attended only by its own employees. The content is tailored to your questions, tools and cases. It can take place at your office, at an external venue or online.
What's the difference between in-company and in-house training?
In practice, nothing: both mean a training for one organisation. In-house is sometimes used specifically for a training at your own office, while in-company can also be at an external venue.
What does an in-company training cost?
That depends on the topic, format, group size and how much tailoring you want. Per participant, in-company is often more affordable than sending everyone to an open course separately. We're happy to discuss the options with you first.
How large can the group be?
For a hands-on training, a group in which everyone can really take part works best. For a masterclass or inspiration session the group can be much larger. For a whole company we often combine a plenary session with working groups.
Can the training take place at our office?
Yes. You arrange a room with a screen and wifi, we bring the content. Prefer to get out of the office? Then it can take place at an external venue of your choice.
Do you also run online trainings?
Yes. Online works well for shorter sessions and teams working in different places. We keep them interactive, with exercises in between.
Which trainings do you offer?
Popular ones are: from idea to working app or website (in a few hours, half a day or a full day), Lovable training, SEO training, the SEO to GEO training, CRO training, online marketing training and AI training. We also train in marketing strategy, advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), SEO and GEO, content, social media, conversion, AI and tools such as HubSpot, Shopify, Klaviyo, WordPress, Webflow, Canva and Lovable.
Do we get support after the training?
If you want it, yes. Think of a follow-up session, on-the-job coaching or the option to keep asking questions, so that what was learned is actually applied.
