Brandable/AI training for businesses

AI training for businesses

Teach your team to use AI safely and usefully, with examples from your own work.

Brandable·Eindhoven

Short answer: an AI training for businesses teaches your team how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot safely and usefully in their own work. A good training isn't about "everything AI can do", but about your tasks: which work you can speed up, how to write good prompts, what you should and shouldn't put into an AI tool and how to check the result. We run AI trainings in-company, on location or online, for beginners and for teams that are further along.

Why an AI training for your team?

Most employees already use AI, often on their own and with a free account. That causes three problems:

  • The return stays low. Asking the odd question gets you only a fraction of what the tools can do.
  • It comes with risks. Customer data, contracts or internal figures end up in tools nobody knows the terms of.
  • Everyone does it differently. So good ways of working aren't shared and quality varies.

A joint training creates one foundation: the same tools, the same agreements and the same way of working. On top of that, since February 2025 the European AI Act requires organisations that use AI to ensure their people have sufficient knowledge of it (AI literacy). A training is a practical way to address that.

AI training per department

  • Marketing and communications: content ideas, rewriting copy in your own tone of voice, analysing campaigns, creating images and video.
  • Sales: researching a prospect before a meeting, proposals and follow-up emails, summarising notes.
  • Customer service: drafting replies, keeping FAQs up to date, preparing a chatbot.
  • Management and HR: summarising documents, drafting policy, job ads, analyses.
  • Everyone: email, meeting notes, research and planning.

Formats

  • Inspiration session: a compact introduction for a large group, for example to kick off an AI programme.
  • Hands-on training: everyone works on their own tasks on a laptop, so they can continue the next day.
  • From idea to working app: in a few hours, half a day or a full day you build a working application, website or app with Lovable. Also available as a dedicated Lovable training. See our workshop from idea to working app.
  • Learning programme: several sessions, with assignments in between and time to apply what you learned.

We run all of these in-company: at your office, at an external venue or online.

Why Brandable

We work with AI every day: for strategy, content, websites, chatbots and apps. As the first official Lovable partner in the Netherlands, we also build with AI ourselves. Our trainers don't just tell you what's possible, but also where it goes wrong and what you're better off not leaving to AI. Participants rate our trainings 9.8 on average.

We're based in Eindhoven, but train across the Netherlands and Belgium, in Dutch and English.

What to look for when choosing an AI training

  1. Is it about your work? A generic demo is fun, but a training with your own tasks delivers more.
  2. Is safety covered? Agreements about data and privacy should be standard.
  3. Do participants do something themselves? Those who only listen will have forgotten it within a week.
  4. What happens afterwards? Ask how what was learned will be retained, for example with a follow-up session.
  5. Do the trainers use it themselves? AI changes fast. A trainer who works with it daily is more current than a fixed textbook.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI training for businesses?

A training in which your team learns to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot safely and usefully in their own work, with examples from your daily practice.

Is AI training mandatory?

Since February 2025, the AI Act requires organisations using AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their people. Training isn't the only way to do that, but it is a practical one. Unsure what it means for your organisation? Get legal advice on that.

Do participants need prior knowledge?

No. We match the level to the group. Beginners start with the basics; advanced teams go deeper into their own assistants, automation and building tools.

Which AI tools are covered?

Mainly the tools you use or want to use, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and NotebookLM. For building, we often work with Lovable.

Can the AI training take place at our office?

Yes. We run AI trainings at your office, at an external venue or online, in Eindhoven and across the Netherlands and Belgium.

What does an AI training cost?

That depends on the format, group size and how much tailoring you want. We're happy to discuss it first in a free call.
