Granular Enterprise publishing
Website and technology
Website and technology
Fine-grained control over who may publish apps and where, so not just anyone can put an app live.
With granular publishing you decide per workspace who may publish an app and on which domains. This prevents anyone from putting an app live on a public address or on a company domain.
Publishing can, for example, be limited to specific roles or require approval first. Building and testing can then happen widely in the organisation, while going live stays with a smaller group.
It is especially useful in organisations where many people build apps, for example with AI tools such as Lovable.
Tip
Rules that are too strict slow teams down. Agree who approves and how quickly, or the approval step becomes a queue.
