Framer is a design tool that publishes your design directly as a live website, including CMS, animation and hosting.
Framer sits close to design and is fast for marketing sites, campaign pages and portfolios. Animation and interaction need no code.
For large content structures, multilingual setups and integrations it is weaker than a full CMS.
Tip
Use motion only where it explains something. That keeps your site light and your animation functional rather than just a demo effect.
