Strategy and planning
Your target audience is the group of people or companies you want to reach, described by characteristics, situation and buying behaviour.
Describing an audience by age and region alone is too crude. What you need is the trigger: which problem or moment makes someone start looking?
The sharper the audience, the cheaper your marketing. You stop paying for reach that was never going to buy.
