The customer journey is the route someone travels from first contact to customer and beyond, including every touchpoint along the way.
Where the funnel is your measurement structure, the journey describes the customer's perspective: where they look, who they consult, which doubts surface when.
Map it with real input — sales calls, support questions, search queries — and attach one fitting action per stage. Offering everything at once doesn't work.
