Content and brand
Content is everything you publish to inform, help or persuade someone: text, images, video, audio, tools and everything in between.
An explainer page, a product description, a customer case, a manual, a calculator, a newsletter, a video — all of them are content. They differ in format, not in function: each answers a question someone has right now.
Content is the material your findability, your ads and your sales conversations lean on. Without it there is nothing to be found for, nothing to link to and nothing to forward.
Good content is recognisable by something simple: after reading it someone knows more than before, and knows what the next step is.
In practice
Producing content because the calendar says so. With no question to answer you fill slots and lose attention.
